  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 cup pumpkin flour (you can make your own pumpkin flour by blending pumpkin seeds)
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1/3 cup psyllium husk
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 tbs baking powder
  • 1 tbs salt
  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 cups of warm filtered water


  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all the dry ingredients.Ensure a smooth blend of flavours by mixing the dry ingredients thoroughly, especially the almond flour and pumpkin seed flour to prevent any clumping.

  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined. The batter will be thick.

  4. Shape the bread into a delightful loaf before placing it on the oven tray. Crafting a well-defined form not only adds to the visual appeal but also ensures an even bake, leaving you with a perfect gluten-free seed bread.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean.

  6. Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.

  7. Once cooled, slice and enjoy your gluten-free seed bread!
