Almond Cookies

Trying to eat healthy but craving a treat? These homemade almond cookies are a delicious way to satisfy your sweet tooth.

 

Ingredients;

  •  1 cup of Almond flour
  • 2 tbls coconut oil
  • 2 tbls organic maple syrup
  • 1 tbls water
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

 

Method ;

  • Preheat your oven to 185°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients with a spatula. 
  • Using a tablespoon or a cookie scoop, drop rounded spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet,  Gently press down each cookie with a fork.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden. The centres may still look a bit soft, but they will firm up as they cool.
  • Once cooled, enjoy your delicious almond cookies with a cup of tea or coffee!
